Customer Interest Statements Dealer Guide
This guide outlines the available methods customers can use to access their interest statements through John Deere Financial.
Customers can obtain their year-to-date (YTD) interest information from John Deere Financial in multiple ways.
Via My Financial Accounts
- Log into MyFinancialAccounts.deere.com or through the MyFinancial app
- Select "Account Services"
- Select "Interest Summary"
- View interest summary statements by:
- Current year or previous year
- Installment account, Revolving Plan account, or both
- Individual accounts
Via John Deere Financial Phone System
- Call 800-275-5322
- When prompted with "In a few words, tell me how I can help you today" say, "Interest paid statement"
- Enter account number or the social security number/tax ID number associated with their account
- Follow the remaining prompts to receive YTD interest information verbally over the phone

- A "Summary of Account with Interest Summary" video offers a demonstration on how a customer can obtain these statements in the MyFinancial app.

- You can also promote My Financial Accounts and the MyFinancial app in your dealership using the marketing materials available in DealerPath (Finance / Digital Marketing Tools / My Financial Accounts).
